Questions & answers
Can I try Atomic in my own session?
Yes. The trial is the complete plug-in for 14 days, starting the first time you open Atomic's window. Download it from Downloads when the first release is out.
Will it work in my DAW?
Atomic is a VST3 and CLAP plug-in on macOS and Windows, and an Audio Unit on macOS. It needs macOS 12 or later or 64-bit Windows 10 or later, and a 64-bit host. We are still testing hosts; the trial is the surest way to check yours.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy Atomic once and keep it. The license covers the major version you buy, including its updates.
How many computers can I use?
Two at a time. To move Atomic to another computer, deactivate one in the plug-in or on your account page, then activate the new one.
Can I use Atomic without an internet connection?
Yes. Activate once, online or with an offline license file, and Atomic never needs the internet again on that computer. The offline route is in the quick-start guide.
What happens when the trial ends?
Atomic passes audio through unchanged until you activate a license, so your sessions still open and play. Activate it and it picks up where you left off.
What about refunds and updates?
Updates within your major version are free. Refunds follow our terms & refunds, which will be final before launch.
